Event Management

Purpose Built for Nonprofits

The TEnderle Foundation's purpose built cloud solution for nonprofit events. Get complete visibility into your nonprofit event. Manage event targets for volunteering, sponsors, vendors. Free to nonprofits.

Top Down View: As an event organizer gain strategic visibility into the entire event.

Reward Volunteers: Reward volunteers through our vPerks™ improving repeat volunteerism.

Mulitple Events: With a single account, you can create as many events as you need. If for example, you have a spring and autumn festivaal, perfect, create two. You can then keep track of them indepently. If you are a community organizer for various nonprofits, this system is perfect for you. You can create events for each organization and manage them under one account within your Base Camp.

We use Our System: As a nonprofit, The TEnderle Foundation has the same needs and challenges as any other nonprofit. Use the same system we use to run our fundraising and awareness events.

Event Promotion

Your Event's own page on MyEventSherpa.com

A dedicated page and URL for your event.

MyEventSherpa Main Page: Events are promoted on MyEventSherpa.com's main page. We use our own algorithm to determine who gets top billing based upon geographical location, date of the event and volunteer need. We don't and won't take money to move an event up the hierarchy.

Your own event page: You get to update the banner, logo and description as often as you like or need. For those that have more than one event a year, like a spring and autumn feastival, each event has its own page.

Volunteer Rewards

Local Business Perks provide your volunteers with rewards and incentives to return.

vPerks™: As an event organizer your rely on volunteers. Let them get rewarded by local businesses for their efforts and for supporting your event. The TEnderle Foundation's community business members provide discounts, promotions and bogos for the volunteers. The volunteer can either print out or use their mobile device to benefit from vPerks. Also, rest assured, we NEVER sell or share the volunteer's information with any 3rd party outside of the event, unless compelled by law.
